At David Carey, Inc. your complete satisfaction is our goal.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from our web site please return it (in new condition with the original packaging please) within 14 days.  We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase.  If you have purchased an item from a store or catalog please contact them for help.  We do not accept return items that we did not sell directly.



To return or exchange an item, you MUST email us at sales@davidcareyinc.com or call our Customer Service Department at 800-858-8437. Please tell our Customer Service Representative what the problem is.  They will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and the correct shipping address to send your return to.  David Carey, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.



If we made an error on your order, David Carey, Inc. will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 14 days of original purchase (invoice date).  Return and replacement shipping charges are not refundable if the error is not ours.



Some items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.



We recommend return merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or regular USPS Mail.



After the merchandise is received, a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
